How do I place an order?

What payment method do you accept?
At the moment, Pretty Odd Club processes payments through secure manual card payment. After placing your order, you will receive the payment details needed to complete your purchase.

How do I confirm my payment?
After sending your payment, please email a screenshot or photo of the transaction confirmation along with your order number so we can verify the payment and begin processing your order.

How long do I have to complete my payment?
Payments must be completed within 24 hours after placing your order. Orders that remain unpaid after this time may be canceled automatically.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Pretty Odd Club ships to many countries worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed after payment confirmation. Production and shipping may take approximately 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided when available so you can follow your package.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
