At Pretty Odd Club, every order is prepared with care and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 5-8 business days to USA and Canada to the rest world 14-20 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During launches, limited drops, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We may ship internationally to destinations available at checkout.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.

These charges are outside Pretty Odd Club's control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the package enters the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We will work with the applicable carrier or fulfillment provider to determine the appropriate resolution.
