Production & Processing:
All apparel is made-to-order and typically ships within 5–10 business days from order confirmation. Production time cannot be expedited due to the custom nature of our products.

Shipping Times (after production):

• International: 10–20 business days

Tracking:
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders:
• Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Shipping Issues:
• Lost packages: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 15+ days
• Undeliverable packages: Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees
