• All apparel is print-on-demand and made after you order
• Product colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings
• We reserve the right to update product availability and pricing without notice

2. Orders & Payment

• Payment is processed securely through Shopify
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase

3. Shipping & Delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

4. Intellectual Property
• All designs, logos, product images, and content are owned by Pretty Odd Club
• You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written permission
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action

5. Limitation of Liability
• Pretty Odd Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order

6. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes will be governed by the laws 
• You agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before legal action

7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, etc.)
