Pretty Odd Club – Refund Policy

We want you to love your Pretty Odd Club apparel!

Important: All products are print-on-demand and custom-made especially for you after purchase.

No Returns for Change of Mind:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Eligible for Refund/Replacement:
We will replace or refund your order only in these cases:
• Incorrect item sent
• Damaged or defective item upon arrival
• Missing items from your order
• Significant printing errors or quality issues

How to Request a Refund:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Email support.prettyoddclub@gmail.com with your order number
3. Include clear photos showing the issue
4. Describe the problem in detail

Resolution Process:
• We'll review your claim within 2-3 business days
• Approved claims will receive a free replacement or full refund
• Replacement items will be produced and shipped at no extra cost

Please Note:
• Minor color variations due to screen settings are not eligible for refunds
• We cannot accept returns of worn, washed, or altered items
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
